The Facility

• Individual turnout
• 21--10x12 stalls with rubber mats
• Window in each stall, shared fan
• Security system
• Two (2) tack rooms with heat & A/C
• Two (2) crossties with built-in vacuums and heat lamps
• Ample lighting (each stall has own light)
• Overhead fly spray system
• Wash rack with hot & cold water, heat lamps
• Laundry room with heat & A/C, washer/dryer, saddle/bridle hooks
• Individual lockers, shower, 2 bathrooms
• Lounge/observation area with kitchen area
• Security gates enclose barn area
• 180ft x70ft indoor arena with sand/rubber footing
• Mirrors in indoor arena--40' long-side centered, 1 full short side, corner on short side
• Outdoor arena is 20m x 60m sand, large grass arena mowed weekly
• Indoor & outdoor arenas groomed regularly
